To my mind, the hope is that somone can persuade Michelle Obama to change her mind.

She would stand a chance, but has said many, many times that she is done with politics. I can fully understand that sentiment after the crap they took during their stint in the White House. Obama may have been a let down, but the constant battle to get ANYTHING done, to stop ANYTHING he might suggest was an ugly battle. One I'm sure she knows she'd be faced with if she ran and won.

And I think the Democrats have known this for a LONG time. They are fools for allowing him to continue. He is a fool for not stepping down. He is being managed by someone or more than someone and you have to wonder what their actual goal is. There is not way on earth he will win.

His wife ??.....trouble is if he doesn't step down, he is sure to lose and then will just blame everyone who doubted him. The longer he leaves it , the worse it is going to get.
