Shop Fronts in France

Sorry - What market are you talking about - I thought most people on here are British but love France; Just like me.

I think we may be at cross purposes. My comment had nothing to do with this forum but was in relation to what seem like abandoned shops with British names - the left hand corkscrew cafe, afternoon teas, faded dreams and Teddy's tea room.

I therefore assumed that the owners were targeting the British in France, either with property here or just on holiday.

French names appear in the UK as well - Decathlon,Campanile etc

Saturday night fever, going out for dinner in la France rurale profonde. Surprise: one of the old granges there has been transformed into a Salon de Coiffure. There were no queues waiting at the door. Maybe we should go back on a working day sometime....
