Trump is not allowed in Congress just as the King is not allowed into the House of Commons.

He probably wouldn't have understood much of what the King said anyway! There's a murmur from the magats that tRump looks so much younger than the King, despite their closeness of ages - that may be, but it's the health of the brain that counts ..........!

How much of this is Telegraph propaganda and is actually the reality is unclear but if even the half is true, Iran is heading towards Weimar Republic meltdown. That did not end well.
You have to feel for the ordinary folk in Iran - but at the same time, taking the story at face value, ask whether international IT connections are an essential part of ordinary lives and hence part of the daily cost of living. Or perhaps so many Iranians have fled the country over the years that indeed keeping up to date is now a necessity.

Most of that caused by tRump's latest "movie project", as he seems to think he's in one most of the time. We watched a programme about Iran the other day, and wow, really didn't realise how beautiful the country is - the history, the elaborate buildings etc. Yes, they have their problems (most countries have), but they don't deserve tRump's wrath - which ripples to the rest of the world.
I'm so fed up of that orange piece of shite making everything worse. I visit an old boy in a care home (87yrs old), and he dared to defend the orange turd's actions saying "He may not be everyone's cup of tea, but he gets things done"!
Yes, - but none of them good things!!! He could see my head was about to explode, so we quickly changed the subject. If he mentions him again, I may not turn up with his coke and crisps supply!!
So many of us, so misinformed. What a fcking mess and it's just about to get a whole lot worse.

@exile There is an interesting video in that link explaining Iran's economy and some of the reasons why Iran is heading for a fall. I have never heard of "bonyads" but I understand that they are charitable trusts that are 100% government owned/controlled. These bonyads hand out money/food to the needy, but they also have uncontrolled/untaxed investments which compete with the smaller private businesses which are controlled and taxed.
Iran can produce huge quantities of oil, but does not have the ability to refine it and is thus dependent on the expertise of other countries. Which begs the question : Why has Iran not learned or invested in refining its own oil ? Too busy spending on their military and weapons ?
I do feel sorry for the ordinary people of Iran. Iran has the natural resources to make it a country with a thriving economy but like so many countries with good natural resources (just look at Africa ...), it is run by people with their own agenda. Iran needed American expertise and investment to refine their oil but somewhere along the line they fell out (I don't know enough of the history between them) and now the US has a dictator who is determined to destroy Iran. His ridiculous idea of killing off the leader and telling Iranians to change their administration was a disaster for ordinary citizens. He has made their situation worse.
The US blockades are making life extremely difficult for Iranians - the loss of businesses and jobs, the loss of their homes ....
For many, internet has become as essential to their lives as food, and will struggle to make the choice.

tRump's latest threats .... it's just incessant. How crazy does he have to get before it's too crazy even for his money-grabbing *rse-licking admin, and someone puts the brakes on?
