What's for Dinner?

This evening my missus will be late back from her weekly 'teach her mates Zumba' session so when she returns I'll be doing Spag Bol with Bol made a while ago & frozen in 2 person lots.
Easy to 'cook' after several glasses of Scotlands finest.

Coquilles St Jacques ! We've ordered a load from our local fisherman - so far the price is the same as usual. But we noticed the price of fish has gone up :(

Prawn Soup - tasted far better than the initial smell of boiling heads and tails would suggest. Half tonight - half tomorrow. Unless the Co-op has red label prawns again tomorrow.

We had OH's take on Tartiflette .. lardons in his side of the dish and some chicken pieces in my side.
Delicious with crisp lettuce and a glass of light wine.
