After a try-out of several sharpen tools - free downloads from the internet - I gave up. Probably I'll have to buy a professional program as Lightroom (Adobe). So without sharpening another one:

This car has a different licence plate, radiator, bumper, and several other differences from the previous one. Maybe it is a later model of the same make.
On the radiator badge on the first one I can just about make out the shape of the Chevy symbol on the badge, which I think is an early one.

Old Chevy badge, around 1920 - 1930. See https://americanhistory.si.edu/collecti ... mah_840323
