Oh gee, was enjoying Mickey 3d - but was waiting for the sinister ending.

Don't know why, but the songs from this great musical started popping into my head yesterday for the first time in years. We played this DVD so many times when the children were younger, I know all the songs a bit too well! As it's nearly Panto season, here's one gem from the line up.... Might have to get the DVD out for a Christmas viewing (might even understand a little more of it too!) This is Christophe Mae - can't have been easy singing and dancing in that outfit and still sounding good!

With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

Big tick for both of those! That Air album is lurking somewhere in our house. Probably not far away from this young lad's CD ..... beautiful voice and great potential but sadly died far too young, not long after the album was released.

Moving on to Italy - their equivalent of Sting I'd say - used to play one of his albums rather too loud from the car!

@Bayleaf Grégory Lemarchal died from mucoviscidose - cystic fibrosis - a hereditary disease that is often fatal for young people, as in Grégory's case. He did a lot to publicise the disease and every year in France there's an awareness day to raise money for research and treatment.
