Ditto here .. OH has had enough of being veggie for now so he is making us roast chicken and roast vegs this evening .. most of the vegs from our potager, which is even better.

Half butternut squash, cut lengthways center fruit scooped out, filled with beef/lardons bolognese sauce.
Own savoyes as greens.
Got to use them up before the pigeons eat them all.

Just made some loaves for toast & really fancy Baked beans on toast with a cheese topping so gonna break into the stock of tins we've been saving.
