You should get a pop up asking whether you want to download and save it or open it.

Your two download ok but won't open, never had it before, as I stated RobertArther's does. Problem this end me thinks?

I am far from sure but my understanding of most of these schemes is that you benefit from state aid / contribution, via your tax office and against your tax payable. With a lot of us old gits, I for one, we don't pay any tax, so am I right in thinking we will not just get a cheque through the post, or that the approved contractor will receive a contribution directly from whosoever is administering the scheme.

I am sure we got a refund for renewing the roof insulation in the older part of the house, but can't remember how we received it, possibly a credit direct to the bank the following year. We also pay no income tax.

Thanks but no probs here in opening pdf files, do it all the time.
