What's for Dinner?
Last night was fresh spinach sauteed with mushrooms and onions, served on a bed of smashed potato with a sauteed turkey cutlet on top.
Tonight is the 'fat burning' cabbage soup.

Baked spud with coleslaw and cheese - now I've just remembered I have some cottage cheese that I should have eaten with it. Hey ho.

I also had a baked potato with plenty of cheese grilled on top, delicious! I’m not fancying anything other than plain food just now and that really fitted the bill.
My husband had bought a big lemon tart for dessert but although I really enjoy eating lemon tart, just couldn’t manage any. After eating a slice, my husband took it round to our son’s house, where it will have disappeared quickly - our 11 year old granddaughter especially loves anything lemony, even eats left-over lemon slices straight from the water jug afyer dinner.

I love Pecharment but you don't see a lot of it up here in Anjou. I always drink it when in the Dordogne.

It's my favorite and I am so pleased to now live where it is easily (and reasonably) found.
