Are there rules, like in the UK, that restrict where drones can be flown? A near neighbour has one and it occasionally flies over our house and garden. The privacy aspect doesn't really bother us, it's the noise it makes and usually on a Sunday afternoon.

If you are being disturbed by the noise it must be spending a lot of time at low level over your garden. Most drones can only be heard at close quarters.

I’m in the process of selling my house, so all the photos have to be taken by estate agents. One of the photographers was a real star, he did all the usual indoor outdoor shots and then sent his drone up. I guess it was a good one, he certainly knew how to control it. I was concerned that we were standing in the drive admiring this thing and our cars were parked next to us. He shrugged and just said he would photo shop all that stuff out, including any detailed views of the neighbours property behind me, which isn’t exactly close.

Just like magic it happened and you would struggle to see anything on the commercial pics.

Don’t even let me get anywhere near the subject of estate agent fees

I know nothing about them. Perhaps this one is a cheap and nasty version.

Yes I did but it is only 9mm which was the largest bore possible without a licence.Things may be different now but it was a long time ago.

Can you still buy cartridges without a permit?

Don't know but still have over 30 left and I only use it for rabbits very rarely so shouldn't be a probkem.
